Multiple mistakes on the 5.16 Patch Notes concerning Garen and Darius

I found a few mistakes on the Patch Notes concerning Garen and Darius' juggernauts update.

First of all, for Garen:

• His W armor and magic resist bonus per unit is 0.25, but is stated to be 0.2 on the Patch Notes
• The maximum armor and magic resist bonus on his W is 30 at all ranks, but is stated to be 10/15/20/25/30.

As for Darius:

• His W's cooldown was changed from 8 seconds to 9/8/7/6/5 seconds, but has been reversed on the Patch Notes, stating that it was 9/8/7/6/5 seconds on live, but has been chnaged to 8 seconds at all ranks.

Please, fix it Riot.
