Can anyone explain why Jayce is so tanky?
He builds no armor, no health and is twice as tanky as any other non tank champion, why?

Because this is false. I mean, really, there's not anything to say about that because that is simply all there is.
So na can use him in pro play without inting :3
Because Jayce's dad works at Riot, so he gets everything he wants.
He gets bonus resists in hammer form
Jayce isn't uniquely tanky...he builds BC as part of his build path and while in hammer form he gains extra resistances to function like the melee champion that he is. Your expectations of him might be wrong, you should expect killing/fighting him to be more like
