Basically comes out to an AD/AR version of Abyssal Scepter, but could it actually work out in Summoner's Rift if it was adjusted? I'm pretty sure Riot will say no because it'd make fighters and juggernauts OP, and because Riot seems to feel that any item with both AD and armor is an illegal combination for 5v5 games.

But I still wish to ask out of curiosity.

That honestly just seems too strong. We don't need any more armor pen. There are already item 3147 item 3142 item 3156. Adding that will be ridiculous.

If the item does somehow comes into SR, it should cost 3500 more or less.
