Quinn Ult Damage Feels Pointless And Is Underwhelming

0.4 AD ratio with no base damage. Quinn can't even effectively clear a wave anymore. The damage is so low you can't even last with it. If Riot wanted to reduce Quinn's assassination power, they should just have reduce Quinn's E damage. The damage on Ult is pathetic, should just remove it and add a new mechanic or REVERT the ult damage. I love Quinn but I can't play this trash champion.
