Quinn Passive Mark Not Procing
Quinn passive mark sometimes does not proc. This is not the same as the delay as the mark is being applied by valor, the mark is already on enemy but a normal auto will come out.

I've had this same issue over the past few days, Passive won't proc after cancelling an auto for any reason and the auto that is cast after the cancel is most often a single, basic auto as opposed to the bonus damage auto meant to proc the mark. its cause quite a few missed killed and deaths on my end since Quinn relies so heavily on her passive to deal damage and as an effective movement speed based escape/dodge/gap closer from incoming damage after vaulting in or landing a proper Q
I've also experienced this recently.
