Her ultimate is currently useless, all it does is activate zoom zoom mode. How about give it a mechanic similar to 
where your skystrike deals more damage the further you have traveled in bird mode? This would reward 
players for roaming and encourage more aggressive gameplay which is what Riot seems to be after.

She has the ability to cross a map in a few seconds jump on you and delete you with very little margin to fight back. She destroys almost anyone melee, the old blind was far better, atleast then you could still fight her
