Could we ask RIOT to put us in a lower division?
Something like: 2 or 3 times per season, you can ask to be put in a lower division than the one you are in.
Why? I'm thinking about streamers, about all the "bronze to masters" series, all the "high elo in low rank" series... wouldn't it be better for everyone if they could simply ask to be placed there directly instead of having to soft int their way down the ladder?
