let frostfang proc when you put e on ally champion and they hit enemy champion with an aa. and in in attempt to make her a stand alone champion what if her w could bounce more than 3 times if it only hit either only enemy or ally, stops decreasing (increase past 200 ap) after 2nd bounce(3rd target) , and can hit enemy minions
