Karthus Buff on PBE

**Here is the Karthus buff on PBE: ** Lay Waste (Q): damage increased from 40/60/50/100/120 to 50/70/90/110/130

If Karthus needs help, then it's great that they're looking to buff him.

However, this will only make his level 1/3 insane, while not really helping him anywhere else in the game.

For comparising, let's compare it to Syndra's Q, both with one rank into the ability (a very similar skillshot/ability): Syndra's Q:

• Damage: 50 (+65% Ability Power)
• Mana cost: 40 mana
• Cooldown: 4s Karthus' Q:
• PBE damage: 50 (+30% Ability Power) (does double damage if it hits a single unit)
• Mana cost: 20 mana Cooldown: 1s

Basically, at level one, he's going to be able to deal 50 (+ X) AoE damage for only 20 mana every second. His push power is probably going to be insane. A smaller problem is that, if he doesn't want to push, he can also aim his Q at you, which deals 50 damage (+ X) damage to you for only 20 mana, or 100 (+ X) damage if it only hits you (at level 1).

On the other hand, this doesn't really do much for him for the rest of the game.

My point is that this buff buffs his very early game too much and doesn't help him enough at other parts of the game.
