dodge timer seems a bit outta whack

So I dodged just now because we had a first time bard jg, he just saw it on a stream done by a Cloud 9 member apparently and wanted to do it,and the last time I dodged it was a 5 minute wait, now suddenly this time it's a 30 minute wait, what's with the sudden queue block timer spiking to 6 times as long?

That's normal. The 1st dodge is 5 minutes long. All subsequent dodges within 16 hours of last dodge is 30 minutes long.

Oh okay, I thought it was increases by 5 minutes each time, and before ANYONE says it was a bad reason to dodge, I'm not losing 20 LP because someone wanted to pull a Leroy Jenkins in league.

For ranked, it jumps right to 30. Norms has a 15m 2nd dodge before the 30.

I really hate how this loser pulling some shiz he saw on Youtube/Twitch wouldn't back down from doing Bard Atk speed jg.
