as always we can see riot's incompetence. Azir wasn't mean to be a lanebully, he should be good in teamfight and a hypercarry. what are those nerfs trying to do? you are just trying to nerf random things to decrease his power.

They're doing what they did with elise and rek'sai.

They're hitting the parts that give them their identity while leaving the parts that shouldn't be part of their identity untouched.
