BTW can you reduce Meditate Cooldown by 50% if Yi cancels Meditate in the 1st 0.5 seconds after activation?

the problem is that not a single Yi main in this world does meditate for 3 seconds and then auto attack
What Yi mains do is use Meditate for Auto attack resets so its expected with that buff to gain full stacks of Double Strike after meditate

Yes they do, when they are waiting on something like an Invulnerability/Untargetable ability to wear off, and when they are trying to tank as much damage as possible especially while waiting for Alpha to come back up (plus when they are just straight up healing).
