he's above average but not op or anything he is overall a good champion and is kinda balanced. I'd say one of the most balanced champs on release. think of him like he is combination of nautilius and gragas. his cooldows late game are kinda op same as gragas' cd's but i'd say he is fine wellround champ and is worth buying it if u like to play tanky bruisers with a bit of damage.
