I've gotten it in one game for my top lane. Never had it myself as top.
Wasn't playing during its implementation and don't know what it actually does or seen anyone actually want the thing, seems ignored.
What does it do and is it worth it, because it was hard to kill the one time I got it for my top, I actually died and he got it with a sliver of life to spare.

LaoBushido2 votesit was made to be a counter play when say the enemy team went to dragon the point is to have lane advantage like push down top to a point when you have all the jungle's attecntion as such bot lane gets a 3v2 advantage and mid gets a 2v1 with you jungle's help, that how it came across to me, i assume it gets more use in higher elo and pro play
