Fizz also dies incredibly fast when you focus him, and considering he has to walk up to you and Q to save his E for either damage or an escape, you have plenty of time to see him coming. CC him and kill him before he gets to his desired target, or kill him as he jumps onto them. Or use your tanks to block his ult.

lvl 1 mana is 90, lvl 5 is 150. his E gives him slow, mobility, can deny every spells in league unlike vladimir, and deals 275+0.7 AP, for reminder every spells in league deals 260 base damage (average).
so yea, he needs to not spam this broken spell
Penns1 votesAnd what exactly do you find so broken about Fizz? I main him and hes so easy to play around, probably even easier than Zed and people complain about Zed being countered so easily all the time lol. The only time I find Fizz maybe a bit too strong is when he gets level 6 and has sheen + ignite. Just dont let him all in you when that happens (move around all the time, he wont be able to hit his ult for shit) and youre good.
