This AFK nonsense needs adjustments

In ranked w/e someone leaves a game they should go all the way down to 0lp or -30lp if they are already at that point and the team should only lose half their LP. Sounds steep but you are directly effect 9 other people when you are not absolutely sure you can play a full game without leaving.
