How can that be a bug? also on the ability tooltip? also it had to be to Zed when he is getting the project skin and worlds are around the corner? are you really buying that? Maybe they'll come with "it was a bug, the buff was not supposed to be that much, but yeah, we are buffing his E damage"

Strange things happen in this game sometimes. Do people not remember frost queens claim getting buffed to some ABSURD GP10 that would instantly break the game? Which turned out to be a bug.

AFAIK Tooltips are tied to actual numbers, so if the numbers changed in the code; the tooltip would automatically change.

It almost seems like they put that out there in the PBE so they could gauge people's reactions towards buffs on him. The response seems overwhelmingly negative, with good reason lol
