Azir bug again

there is a lot of bugs man you noticed the tip of the iceberg sometime soldiers dash random distance, like sometimes thay charge realy far sometimes they dont sometimes they get insane atack speed but their attacks deal no dmg random jumps are able to get through his ult (yasuo e kha e rengar leap fizz q ,sometimes get through wall sometimess dont ) his e detects whether it hits champions weirdly and his base ad is crap (there is no lasthitting with this champ, either you are lucky to get a cs with autoatack or you use your soldiers and lose mana that you could use for poke )
