Why does Riot try to force the meta with a system that encourages breaking it?

All im saying is if we have to have Autofill, then they need to be more open meta wise, I mean sure you can report someone every time they take support but really, thats not a feasible solution to the problem that just repeats itself. Don't get me wrong I personally think people are jerks for doing that but at the same time I can see the frustration they have and why they take those inappropriate actions.

I think that the gameplay should be adjusted to allow more versatility in lanes and I think the solution lies in bottom lane. For whatever reason the support role seems to be the go too for when ever someone has their heart set on a champion but didn't get the role they wanted, and I think it's because they still get some of the benefits like EXP and gold without having to leave the ADC solo since you can't because otherwise it's a 1v2 with a high probability of loosing, this is why I think duo jungle is not a thing, because 2 bot lane is pretty much enforced.

My idea to alleviate this while allowing more versatility, is to somehow allow duo lanes in top and mid buy giving some passive benefits of gold and exp without the need for so much CS since some would have to share their CS with each other, while SIMULTANEOUSLY giving the solo laners some sort of a defence to counteract the power of dealing with 2v1.

The overall goal would be that a 2v1 in the laning phase only would be fair, and all 3 champions would have the same odds of getting ahead in gold and EXP as each other.

The thing is, I don't have any real idea on how to create that kind of scenario V_V

Ideas?
