and she activates her ricochet shot, is only the first initial target eligible for the bonus magic damage and slow, or does it also follow up to each subsequent target?

Deep Terror Nami1 votesIt can only proc once per charge no matter what. Even with Runaan's Hurricane, they'll get used up for each bonus missile (so 1 shot can use all 3 charges if you hit 3 targets).
Her Ricochet doesn't proc them on subsequent targets though, just the initial hit.
