WIth all the runes and the boots you get 40%-50% tenacity and it still fucking feels like it's doing just shit. can we fix that cause this game is snowballing into shit. Stun, stun, knockback, knock up, stun, stun. all i see.

Here's a good visual. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KNpnPWVrqA

That's using cleanse and Garen's w too. Neither of which anyone but garen can actually afford to take. Plus that 94% wont work on chained cc since its a one time hit from cleanse. Have you ever tried playing a melee champion only to be ulted by malphite, then stunned by by ashe, only to be knocked back by alister to be followed up by a stun from xerath or someone. It's never ending. It's just free kills against anyone who is a melee champion.

I mean yeah, sure it's un-fun to get chain cc'd but it's a part of the game. What're you going to suggest? That Rito makes a clause where you can only pick 1 champion with CC and they can only have 1 CC?

Your tenacity is still doing what it's supposed to do and lowering the duration of said cc's. The only cc that can't be reduced is knock-up.

Do you ARAM? I get this feeling in ARAM WAYYYY hard, and I stopped itemizing for Tenacity at all since it will not do anything. You're still dead before the CC chain is down for the brief 1 second it is back up again.

Oh I aram, unless your veigar, you are going to have a bad time. Like every last champion has some hard cc and you get to play a melee champion or something, good fucking luck.
