Upset by this new Akali passive on PBE

From what i have seen with the new PBE changes Akali's passive is going to be

> Twin Disciplines (Passive) - [reworked into a two hit passive] > > Now gives Akali's next two attacks bonus effects then goes on cooldown. > First strike restores 10-170 (+70% bonus AD) health. > Her second strike (within 4 seconds) deals 14-70 (+45% AP) magic damage. > Cooldown is 8-5 seconds based on level.

As a comparison here is Kog'maw's passive widely regarded as one of the weaker passives

> Icathian Surprise > > Upon taking fatal damage, Kog'Maw remains active for 4 seconds, rendering himself unable to use abilities or basic attacks but becoming untargetable and invulnerable, and gaining up to 40% bonus movement speed over the duration. He then explodes, dealing 125 - 550 (based on level) true damage to all nearby enemies.

So if Akali manages to get off 2 AAs in her combo late game this passive heals her for 170 hp since Akali does not build AD items, and deals 205 damage if Akali has 300AP.

This new Twin Disciplines has to be the worst passive in the game.........

Akali is SO HOT10/19/2016, 3:45:03 AM2 votes

It's actually very good. The only problem I have with it is that it's up too often early game and not up often enough late game.
