Unpopular opinion but can we have the Artillery Corki Back? instead of the durr durr sheen proc AA?

I just want the Artillery corki in which most of his power comes from his abilities and mobility which fit his identity. I hated the ADC corki it's just Ezreal but much more boring. Cooldown reduction used to reduce R cast time aswell as its cooldown. His Q, W had better AP scaling aswell. His old E and passive was literally useless but thats not why people played Corki AP. It's his gameplay that was fun bombarding the enemy frontline and backline with airstrikes.
