Why am i being punished with 4 silver teamates?

im on a 15 game loss streak. None of these losses can be attributed to my gameplay. All of these matches have consisted of 4 silver teammates. Every bot lane has gone atleast 0-10. Every mid lane has gone atleast 0-5. Top doesn't matter. Cant impact these laners as a jungler, they die at lvl 2 and snowball their lane into a unhelpable disaster. Mid laners cant be bothered to assist in scuttle skirmishes, even if they have lane control.

Why am I being punished? I don't even communicate with these people.

Routinely high diamond player shouldn't be experiencing 15+ loss streak. 65% winrate dropped down to a 30% win rate, in low gold.

Literally not a single one of them my friend. Granted some of them I have a overwhelmingly negative score, but that kind of thing happens when youre the only front line champ and a Vayne is 12-0 at 15mins, with Lulu behind her.
