So some thought on the Tahm Kench nerf from a person who loves and constantly plays kench

Nerf for people who have not seen Devour (W) no longer gives 15-25% movement speed when running away from enemy champions while holding an allied champion. Don't get me wrong is a great nerf! Just I think it could be better refined from an Zeons ask.fm post (Ofcourse this is not a opinion of all of riot link http://ask.fm/ZenonTheStoic/answer/134335957615 ) he says top Tahm Kench is his strongest role so could there be a more refined nerf? I think it could be refined by either increasing his w cooldown(20/18/16/14/12) or making it a static cool down(same cooldown (not affected by cool down reduction)) in my personal opinion tahm kench's main skill comes from sudden decision making of going for an agressive devour or a defensive devour top kench does not really make this decision a lot so the cool down nerf would be more just a nerf to one of his largest damage source other than ult passive.This would also affect support kench of not being as frustrating to go against. Tell me what you think!

In the jungle I go with Juggernaut enchantment and I just tongue-slap squishies xD it's awesome
