Ezreal Nerfs?
To anyone suggesting this, you're the reason champions are caught in a continuous state of being Sejuani'd and never compensated.
Ezreal has remained in the same state for a while now, he received minor buffs, but that's been it. He's not a Fiora who started out as OP and now he can build a certain way and be OP but in a way better way. He has better kite potential now, from some pretty good distance. But guess what, he's ALWAYS been able to do this. His kit has remained the same, and his buffs don't help him do that any better.
Cool Down has always been amazing on him, Mana items as well. Anything with auto attack procs or bonuses as well since his Q can use them. NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
This Blue Ezreal build everyone is complaining about has always been around. It's part of the reason he can kite so effectively when you build it. AP Ezreal can do the same thing with a Rylai's, but I'm yet to see a single complain about that. Why? Because it's not in the meta so people don't realize it. But when it happens I'm sure people are going to bombard the boards with "Nerf Ezreal Rito" threads.
Same things is happening now as with Runeglaive Ezreal. People saw some LCS guy build it, and have success, and now everyone is on the boards crying about it. AP Ezreal has always been strong. But because he's all skill shots, no one cares to try it. It's not as easy as an Annie burst, or a Leblanc burst. But it's a burst still. Given, Runeglaive had an unintended interaction with Ezreal's kit. But that wasn't reason to nerf him, that should have been an item tweak not a champion tweak.
It seems anytime anything like this happens, the boards flare up with people crying for nerfs without understanding where this power is coming from. And then they light up a few months later about how a champion is too weak or was over nerfed. But that's the communities fault. Some things require nerfs, sure be vocal about it. But other things require tweaks or item nerfs instead.
TL:DR - You're complaining about something that has been around since forever, and you're going to ruin another champion for not knowing why he's "stronger" now.
