Which stat site is the most trustworthy?

I know lolalytics was exposed to have very inflated winrates and OP.GG suffers from being KR stats only.

But what is the most trustworthy site for stats in your opinion and why?

I personally like U.GG the most. I've seen multiple people claim a rioter said it's the one closest to internal data but I can't find that statement with a quick search. So, that would be useful too if anyone can source it.

Cheers :)

I use op.gg but I think it overvalues support play. I'll see supports go 1-10-15 and get the MVP or ACE, whereas I'll have more kills than their assists, along with 5-10 assists, have more combined objective and/or turret damage and the only one that actually took a tower on my team, and I'll be second. Also, I'll have the most gold, cs, etc.

So what do I know?

Oh, mate, don't even pay attention to OP.GG ranking. It's trash, utter trash.

I am talking about winrates/pickrates etc.

The op.gg stats favour vision contribution, even more than riot grading. It also seems to favour roaming, activity across the map. It has a different focus from riot grading besides, so they should not be comparable. op.gg is grading the players in a match against each other for contribution to the outcome of the match. Riot is grading players against other players in other matches, playing the same champion, in the same role, on the same server.

op.gg is (trying to) taking a measure of the player's sense of macro and judgement of the situation into account, which is less-represented in the Riot player stat calculation.

Supports and junglers ward and roam more habitually than players in other roles, so they tend to have disproportionate numbers in these areas, and get the high place in op.gg. (But Supports also have more frequent S grades, partly for this reason, as well.) (Also, not fair to compare ADC to support in terms of gold, cs, obviously.)
