Id rather see buffs to his ap side, like his W lower CD or more damage, or his E get a change to target only champions and not hit fking monsters or minions even if champs are right next to you, id be fine with a change to it like ahri W the missle will target the last target that you AAed, if none that are marked are nearby it will hit the nearest target to your char model. they need to stop putting so much power in his Q and then nerfing the shit out of it and then everything else he has so little armor now he is prob the squishiest champion in the game next to sona.

I mean now he's just with the rest of the ADCs. If you're lucky, the Rito god will bestow upon him the greatest of buffs like they did with all of the other ADCs. Because, you know, jinx's zap is integral to her kit

ezreal is the adc with 2nd most pickrate after lucian and has about 50.3%~ winrate, according to op.gg

i dont think lucian is broken. he took over the spot ezreal had as most popular adc. i didnt think ezreal was broken either, just popular. Ezreal is still a scale adc, unless he goes without a tear an rushes straight damage. i hate tear ezreal cause it kills any early game pressure you have, but im also super agressive and get camped alot when i solo lane. tear kinda makes me play like a wuss an never try to kill my laner, while running electrocute + gunblade rush im always trying to kill them lol.
