Are Ghost Poro Wards Healthy?

With the recent addition of trinkets to the cast of free wards now we're adding potentially up to 5 people with more free wards. I'm just wondering if we're not pampering people a little too much when it comes to vision. I've also noticed because of this there has been an increasing amount, on top of the already unpopularly growing amount, of supports refusing to buy ward items due to this fact.
