Okay so Im trying to pickup ap assassins.
And having minions block is an absolute cringe fest. Phantom dancer lets you ignore unit collision, so why doesn't lich bane?

Not saying it's supposed to? I was pointing out items that allow someone to move through units and pointing to another items typically built on ap assassins. Just like Ap needs a tenacity item since tanks and ad's both have some sort of tenacity item while most if not all APs have to build Magic pen boots in order to maintain their damage.
