Problems I Have with the Ranked System

A lot of people have posted about this, but I want to just "vent" my frustrations. 1.) Everytime I queue up and join a lobby, I fear that I'm getting matched up with trolls. 2.) This isn't the first time, but Ranked isn't fun or fulfilling. I feel relief whenever I get through each ordeal. 3.) I hate Series and Promos. Whenever I get to these games, I'm actually afraid of queuing up to play these. 4.) I hate how I can get demoted after just one game at 0 LP (That game was out of my hands). It's frustrating when sometimes I can lose 3-4 games at 0 LP then I lose 1 game at 0 LP and Demoted shows up on my screen.
