Can we get a better remake system?

While it doesn't happen often it does get abused in normals.

We get 3 kills on the invade... the adc that has already shopped and is typing just sits at fountain for 90 seconds seconds and they get a remake....

Followed by being taunted post game.

Current remake system basically makes invading pointless if they have one member just sit at fountain. :/ The moment they see they get invaded and it results in a kill they just don't leave the fountain. Frustrating as hell when you have a strong early game comp because it's pretty easy for them to just expect an invade. If it turns out well they can opt to play the game, if it doesn't they get a free remake.

The guy that supposedly was "afk" was taunting us the whole time from the 2:00 to the 3:00 mark, then again after the "remake."

The system should require the player never connecting to begin with to kick in. There isn't really a penalty for doing this in norms if you have a premade that can freely cycle out the designated "afk."
