He has nice clears, can gank decently. just tried it out in normals. didnt do too badly (team got crushed though, ouch) Gonna go for it again after im done watching LCS.

ltmetal1 votesHad success with him even when Runeglaive was the enchant, then buffs to Deathfire Touch and Runic Echoes being introduced put him over the edge.
Attack speed marks, flat armor seals, flat CDR glyphs, one flat CDR quint and 2 flat AP quints. 18/12/0 masteries with Deathfire Touch. W, Q, E, max W, max E, max Q.
sometimes changing your last 3 items for any or all of

Get sweeper and pinks, then pitch a tent in bot lane; your goal is to gank bot whenever you have your ult. Never pick Brand into counterjunglers with kill pressure
