Nerfs to Lulu E?
utility and free hard hitting poke in lane when she's supposed to be a cockblock champ
then why does she also get to bully people out of lane?

i've been calling for lulu nerfs for some time now tbfh. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Her E has been nerfed numerous times and it's quite mana consuming if she constantly uses it. Especially when she tries to use it for Glitterlance shenanigans early on.
Although her dmg is probably too high at the moment, it isn't exactly true that she's the "all-in-one" support.
People sometimes forget that although her E is dual purpose, both purposes share the same cooldown. Same with W. Sacrifices have to be made. E-Q combo on the enemy? Now you and your adc get no shields. Polymorph the enemy, or buff your adc? It's more tricky than most people think.
