so fucking sick and tired of getting shitty random picks that auto lose my games 7\10 games when 3 people agree over an actually okay champion for the game mode.

No. That would just mean premades always decide what is picked.

The game mode isn't meant to be taken that seriously, it's meant to just be fun and relaxing.
Try to just have fun and relax
Sorry, but most of us don't want to play the same 8 champions over and over - we'd actually like a little variety, despite what the premade wants.
