According to U.GG Jinx has about a 53% win rate with an 18% pick rate in plat+ with those both only getting higher in lower elo. So how on earth is this champion escaping nerfs? Am I seriously gonna have to wait for her to be popular in pro play before this champ gets even considered for nerfs? Cause as it stands, it feels exhausting playing against her right now.
Probably because Riot's also looking at the fairly tiny 2.1% banrate in plat+. A champion can be strong, but if nobody cares enough about the champion being strong...

To be honest Jinx aren't that hard to deal with. Her package is great for all-ins, and has some gank resistance, but no defense against focus. If she gets focused, then she got nothing to run away with until she gets a kill. Compared to other ADCs she is fairly average.
Ezreal got much better survival for teamfights thanks to his mobility. That mobility cries for nerf.
Draven in good hand is an I WIN button on lane phase. Huge damage, counters every all-in except blitzcrank, and nautilus if used properly, and gank resistance.
Miss Fortune is a teamfight winner, if the ult goes out well.
Because Jinx is an ADC champion that’s why she won’t get nerfed regardless of her win rate, also there is Rito bias involved too. Jinx can be 80% win rate and won’t get nerfed.
If Jinx gets nerfed, how will the players be able to just right click to win from level 1 with her overstat and overloaded kit?
Knowing riot they will likely buff her "counters" rather than nerf here.
Jinx will get nerfed in a few patches once they've milked enough money from Project sales.
ADCs will never get nerfed before worlds.
