When To Freeze Lane
I just want to know when I should freeze lane. When I am winning lane? Losing lane? Jungler on my side? (Enemy or Ally)

Fondling Gems2 votesIf you can't push them out without getting ganked and they can't push the wave into your turret.
Also if you are the weaker laner and your turret is down. Freezing at your second turret prevents your opponent from getting easy exp/gold. They are forced to roam or call in team help to break a good freeze. I have gone from a level behind to 2 levels higher and double the cs of a fed Darius simply because he had to roam for almost 10 minutes while I held a freeze at my 2nd turret.
