Can someone explain what "inting Sion" is?
I see alot of people writing about it, but nobody that explains what it is

It's a splitpush Sion taken to the extreme.
You go through lane like normal. Build Titanic and half of Zz'rot, then just SMARTLY ult into towers (your ult does damage to them) and suicide to take it if you have to. The biggest thing about it is using your passive to always proc demolish.
There are more in-depth guides you can look up, but that's the gist of it.

Only thing she left out was "only maybe 10% of the people attempting it get it right."
Most folks will read this post, think "What a great idea!" and try it. You can imagine how it looks to your team.
True, specially against champs like Jax or Irelia

I wonder, does giving the shut down gold to your jungler is worth it at the end (and is it part of the strat) ? Since I guess you won't only get executed by tower
The whole idea is that your gold value drops and in the end even if your death will feed 1 or 2 players, you will simply invade their base if left alone.
Take Sion. Build Titanic and Steracks. Use the Tower Breaking rune. Attack towers relentlessly in ALL lanes all the time. Don't focus on kills, only towers since objectives are worth more than kills. Take towers, Inhibs, Nexus, Win. Or get banned in champ select by me.
You're really just hard pushing your lane to the point where over-committing is forgivable because of the way Sion's passive works.
You really don't even need to int.
That shield bash rune is going to make this extra nasty now. Sion just ults botlane and hopefully catch and extra shield as he hits. properly done i could see it outdoing the herald burst dmg.
a trick I used was (assuming you got the herald), get to tower just outside your base. or midlane if you prefer. POP THE HERALD, ult to turret (taking out any minions in your path). Slam into turret & hit it like mad and get out of range (try not to die moment), Herald should be there and finish it with little dmg. by time that turret is done you should be well out of the area unless you plan to INT the next turret in line (assuming your demolisher is ready to proc).
But in bronze, if the enemy is busy fighting, you can easily get away with a whole lane of turrets to their inhib. The results are better (worse if you're on the pointy end of this stick) if you have an ohmwrecker added into that mix. There will be nothing to stop you except the skill of the enemy team and how they react to it.
Either way, turret WILL go down.
