im just curious as to why thunderlords decree works so god damn well on anivia.
the tool tip reads 'every 3rd spell' but spells like Glacial storm from 
and proc the mastery by itself. I get that its a spell that requires consistent mana to maintain, but i feel like it should be changed to '3 individual spells'

If you hit them with a single ability and proc your passive, it triggers Thunderlord's Decree.
I think there is a bug where she can proc it on multiple enemies if she triggers it on each of them at the exact same time too (i.e. with her ultimate or E).
It's quite useful.
Kaioko1 votesThere's another interaction with Lux - the autos and her passive count as two separate spells. This means that if you E someone followed by an auto to proc your passive you've actually hit them 3 times allowing thunderlord's to take effect. It makes her poke in lane extremely deadly.

Vanjie1 votesIt's ridiculous. They are making you play a specific group of champions only. Every other one that doesn't benefit from the update is unplayable. The new patch is practically only focusing on AD and ADC roles, but there are quite a few AP champions that are benefiting from the new masteries . . . . while others are just useless. Yet again . . . riot and their balance team doing so much good for the game. I see that as completely useless.

Hahaha I've been terrified of facing this one since I discovered what thunderlord's can do in lane. Use it on Ahri myself, land both q hits and one auto = thoom!
