Could BotRK please have the melee on hit % current damage be buffed back up to 8%?

Only for melee who will never be able to use Hurricane to apply the on hit to 3 different targets and haveto get in close to actually attack someone meaning they are likely taking damage as well.

YEs this is for non jungler on-hit fighters. Rageblade is not worth it, Trinity is still to slow, zypher got removed and Wit's end has not been worth getting since season 2.
