Can we bring back the 13 health potion start again?
At least we can skip the dorans shield and make it transparent what's going to happen in the laning phase.

I'd rather not go back to the days where Morde auto won every lane because he could endlessly poke you while being able to sustain through all of your damage because of his shield + infinity potions.
