And if the range or AOE was such a problem, the damage could have only been applied to those in a small radius of the primary target. Then Karma would not be a glorified shield-bot.

No. Clearly not. Riot has no problem telling us the reason they removed it though was because of the CC potential with Rylai. Here we have an ability that functions exactly the same and it has CC already with it . . . without Rylai. Karma's shield bomb was the third theme Karma mains complained about when Riot "relaunched" her.

They didn't remove it because of Rylais, they removed it because they wanted to buff her passive, it said in the patch notes.

No one is asking for a buff. If you could read, you would have seen that I even mentioned a nerf to compensate. I'm asking for identity back.

Wow. I need to look into this. I did not see the ability yet. If this is the case . . . yet again another instance where Riot says one thing but does another. This would be VERY bad for them if they did this.

I already don't think they care. Did you read my recent post? A red name literally responded to it . . . saying that everyone at Riot understands her problems when they failed at her relaunch. The guy said that they basically cannot go back to old Karma though . . . because everyone is so used to new Karma now.

That's probably the worst reason to not change a champion. Considering Rengar and Kat are getting reworked in the near future and everyone is used to their kits right now.

Lmao I knew someone was gonna make this thread xD. Honestly though, they've even given better/more interesting tether designs to Taric and Kalista. Karma has fully lost everything that was core to her and these things will all likely end up on other champs while she rots lol. Once she's out of the meta she'll completely fade into obscurity and be forgotten.
