I mean, any main playing HIS champion **needs **to be respected. But champions with low skillceiling and no skillshots are relatively less frightening, I'd say. Like Warwick Nunu Yorick Taric

Karma doesn't even have a high skillceiling o_o I mean, what are you saying about Lee Sin, Zed or Azir mains?

Where I'm at I don't see mains for those champions, if I do see them they all usually suck. Unlike every Karma I've ever encountered who always seems to live no matter what gets at least 1 penta per game. Maybe when I move up I'll start seeing Lees, Zeds and Azirs that should be feared.
