So the enemy team had a Zed yesterday, and we had a Ryze, when Ryze ulted away Zed pressed R at the last second and it followed him but didn't apply the ult debuff, about 2 seconds later after Ryze flashed when he got to his ult location Zed was able to ult him again. Either change it so that he follows and ult works as intended, or make it not follow him after he ult's period.

2nd. The reason the mark didn't apply is because Ryze went untargetable before the mark was attached canceling the ult. Zed's ult doesn't go on cooldown until after the mark is applied I believe, I might be wrong about that but it's what I've observed the last 4 years of playing this game. Because it was canceled Zed just landed next to Ryze which is why he was able to go with him.
