That depends on whether on nor you can outplay him, or if he outplays you. Ohh wait akali doesnt counter him anymore cut her out. But I''m positive on yasuo, I know that matchup like the back of my hand.

While Yasuo CAN win the matchup, it's easier for Ekko to win the matchup. There's also the part where an Ekko is going to be more useful than a Yasuo in a teamfight. Unless Yasuo can deny Ekko tons of farm (Highly unlikely) the Ekko will usually win out.
