Dark Harvest Usability

Right now Dark Harvest is only usable on assassins and a few other people who have auto attacks in their rotation. I think allowing the buff to proc on single target spells as well would help broaden the spectrum of people who use it. Maybe some mages would pick it instead of Elecute/Comet.
