Can we disable premades in All for One?

It's so toxic being forced to play Bard and Fizz every single game because your vote doesn't matter if a premade of 3 or 4 decide to queue up for a game. I can't surrender until 20, not that the premade majority would let me anyway, but if I dodge I'll be forced to wait an ungodly amount of time to play another game... usually with another premade. I'm fine with a duo queue'ing because that doesn't automatically decide what the entire team plays, but why does the solo players' vote not matter at all? The three man should either drop one of their group members or find another two because there's nothing more inherently toxic about this game mode than being held hostage by premades.

In order to solve it and have a chance to play what you want, you have to become the 3 man premade. And that's just exacerbating the issue. Which really sucks, because this used to be my favorite game mode.
