The chat should just be disabled in ALL games prior to reaching level30. The toxicity of these low level players who are obviously 500+ wins, bronze2 smurfs that legitimately believe they are the best players on the planet, are the most toxic playerbase I have ever seen in any game ever.
And I mained a multi glad DK on WoW for years, I'm very fromiliar with toxic pvp communities, but HOOOOLYY CRAP. No wonder new players think this game is terrible.

Just here to help you fix that, maybe whatever you are complaining about will read better and be more focused. It sounds like you're smurfing and complaining about other smurfs because they are smurfing while you're smurfing. Making your smurfing take longer to level because the other smurfs are beating your smurf because their smurfing is more blue than your smurf.

What bugs me is the toxicity of these smurfs. Which I don't know if you can really even call them smurfs, they aren't exactly good players. I don't care about winning/losing in the leveling process, its a dice shoot on who duo ques with lvl30's that have masteries and filled out rune pages to carry them to victory, or who has a plat+ Smurf vs a new player in lane. Its more luck based than lvl30 game play. I don't understand the toxicity behind it tho, why are these bronze smurfs expecting new players to know the meta, to know what engagements they can or cannot win, etc etc. and then why even flame them when they make mistakes, and are obviously new at the game? Almost EVERY match ive done ive gotten confirmation that my reports have resulted in punishment....that's gross.
