needs help so badly, because in early game he is utterly useless and technically just a walking ward and in late game he is a fricking death destruction machine that will annihilate the entirety of the universe, and that is just not healthy...

And now since the games get shorter and shorter, I think that he really needs some love; Not talking about buffs, just some help in the early game with some better basic stats, but in compensation for some late game power. Or else he will be one of the most useless champions soon...

Not to attack your post, but your logic if off. While statistical websites aren't one hundred percent accurate, he's currently sitting somewhere around a 53.58 percent winrate with somewhere around a 3.5 percent playrate. He's played a decent amount, has a pretty good win ratio, and his chance of winning the game begins to drastically climb at 20 minutes. I'd argue he's statistically great, if not a bit over the top currently with how amazing his late game potential is.

That's the point. Kassadin is weak early then scales hard. He's a late game champ.
