Will that skin be 'completed' next patch or will it stay like that with the green and purple particles?

It needs to be finished. It looks really bad. They also need to remove the lingering green particles from Infernal and pentakill Morde.

THIS. Please riot. Lord Morde is more expensive than infernal and it looks SO bad. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I legit would rebuy this skin if it was able to get its old effects.
